Pod koniec 2023 roku dzięki Werewolf Promotion ukazał się materiał, na którym swoje siły połączyły trzy zespoły: STWORZ, KRAJINY HMLY oraz JASSA. Wymienionych tu nazw w zasadzie nie trzeba jakoś szczegółowo przedstawiać, ponieważ znane są już z innych wydawnictw wrocławskiej wytwórni. STWORZ, to olsztyński projekt, który oscyluje wokół atmosferycznego pagan black metalu od 2007 roku, a w dorobku ma sześć albumów. KRAJINY HMLY kreuje od kilku lat pagan black metal, a muzycy wchodzący w skład tego zespołu udzielają się w wielu innych zespołach i projektach. Z kolei JASSA to doskonale znany rosyjski zespół uderzający z pełną mocą black metalowymi wyziewami. Na swoim koncie ma już cztery albumy.
‘Sny Zmory’ to materiał skupiający w sobie pierwiastki łączące black metal z dość mocno atmosferyczną sceną. Chociaż podobieństw jest wiele, to również jest to krążek różniący się wieloma szczegółami, poczynając od zarejestrowania muzyki w różnych studiach, a kończąc na odmiennej dynamice. Na płycie znajdziemy pięć utworów, które łącznie trwają ponad trzydzieści siedem minut. Pierwsze dwa numery należą do rodzimego STWORZ, co jest doskonałym zabiegiem, bo muzyka od samego początku wchodzi z doskonałą dynamiką, idealnie łącząc melodię i agresywne brzmienia, generując tym niepowtarzalną dynamikę. Riffy tremolo wpadają z łatwością do głowy i już niej zostają. Przy trzecim numerze emocje trochę opadły, bo tempo zauważalnie spadło. Na szczęście kolejny numer w wykonaniu Słowaków podnosi dynamikę. Jest też spora dawka melodii, co z pewnością przypadnie do gustu maniakom lżejszego i bez trudu wpadającego w ucho brzmienia. Za to ostatni numer należy do JASSA. W tym przypadku nie zawiodłem się w ogóle. Zespół przysłonił wszystko bardzo mroczną atmosferą, połączoną z agresywnymi, szybkimi tempami. Jest też kilka zwolnień w tym kawałku, jednak nadają mu one oryginalności, a żeby było jeszcze ciekawiej, to da się tu uchwycić uchem etniczne instrumenty. Kilka solówek gitarowych ożywia melodyjność na specyficzny, chory klimat. Jedyne czego mi zabrakło na tym materiale, to jeszcze jednego utworu JASSA. No, ale nie ma co narzekać. Krążek szybko z odtwarzacza nie wyjdzie.

At the end of 2023, thanks to Werewolf Promotion, some material was released on which three bands joined forces: STWORZ, KRAJINY HMLY and JASSA. The names mentioned here do not actually need to be introduced in any detail, as they are already known from other releases by the Wroclaw-based label. STWORZ is an Olsztyn-based project that has been oscillating around atmospheric pagan black metal since 2007, and has six albums to its credit. KRAJINY HMLY has been creating pagan black metal for several years, and the musicians who make up this band contribute to many other bands and projects. JASSA, on the other hand, is a well-known Russian band hitting full force with black metal fumes. It already has four albums to its credit.
’Dreams of the Bane’ (traslated from polish language) is a material that brings together elements that combine black metal with a rather heavily atmospheric scene. While there are many similarities, it is also a disc that differs in many details, from recording the music in different studios to different dynamics. The album features five tracks that total more than thirty-seven minutes. The first two numbers belong to the native STWORZ, which is an excellent treatment, because the music enters with excellent dynamics from the very beginning, perfectly combining melody and aggressive sounds, thus generating a unique dynamic. The tremolo riffs pop easily into the head and stay there. By the third number the excitement subsided a bit, as the tempo dropped noticeably. Fortunately, the next song performed by the Slovaks picks up the dynamics. There is also a good dose of melody, which is sure to appeal to fans of lighter and effortlessly catchy sound. For this, the last number belongs to JASSA. In this case, I was not disappointed at all. The band overshadowed everything with a very dark atmosphere, combined with aggressive, fast tempos. There are also a few slowdowns in this track, but they give it originality, and to make it even more interesting, one can catch an earful of ethnic instruments here. A couple of guitar solos liven up the melodiousness for a specific sick vibe. The only thing I missed on this material was one more JASSA track. Well, but there is nothing to complain about. The disc will not leave the player any time soon.
