Pochodzący z Portugali dwuosobowy projekt, który pozostawił po sobie jedyne demo trwające nieco ponad 9 minut jest dla mnie sporą zagadką. Te 9 minut to absolutnie fenomenalny kawał muzyki i jak sam tytuł dema wskazuje, mamy tu do czynienia z piwnicznym, surowym Black Metalem w stylu francuskiego zrzeszenia zespołów spod znaku LLN.
VRZTMÜR stworzył soundtrack do namacalnej ciemności, do sonicznych tortur rozszarpujących opetanymi dźwiekami duszę słuchacza. Pełne zrozumienie tych chorych dźwięków następuje, gdy słucha się tego dema w odosobnieniu i będąc wyłączonym od jakichkolwiek zewnętrznym bodźców. Obscurne brzmienie, trzeszczący i rezonujący dźwięk niczym hipnotyzer wpływa na zmysły pozostawiając słuchacza w głębokiem transie. 9 minut, a jednak jest to doznanie intensywniejsze od niejednego pełnego albumu. Cięzko cokolwiek więcej powiedzieć, trudno 'rozebrać’ tą muzykę na składniki pierwsze, ponieważ wylewający sie hałas i tony trupiego chłodu skutecznie to uniemożliwiają. Materiał ten można zdecydowanie porównać do procesów gnilnych jakie zachodzą w każdym cielesnym ścierwie po śmierci. W przypadku VRZTMÜR jest jedna zasada – im dłużej tego się słucha, tym bardziej pochłania i zniewala. Opętane wokale, szczególnie zawodzące niczym cmentarne zjawy, burzą spokój umysłu. Brzydota tego nagrania fascynuje, jest makabryczna niczym najbardziej podł mord, ale właśnie ta szpetota muzyczna, ta deformacja przyciaga prowadząc ku nieprzeniknionej ciemności. Tego trzeba samemu doznać, szukajcie tej taśmy, a póki co raczcie swoje zwyrodniałe zmysły chociażby z Youtube.

Coming from Portugal, a two-person project, which left behind the only demo lasting just over 9 minutes is quite a mystery to me. Those 9 minutes are an absolutely phenomenal piece of music and as the title of the demo suggests, we are dealing here with basement raw Black Metal in the style of French LLN.
VRZTMÜR has created a soundtrack of palpable darkness, of sonic torture tearing the listener’s soul with possessed sounds. The full understanding of these ill sounds comes when one listens to this demo in isolation and excluded from any external stimuli. Obscure sound, crackling and resonating like a hypnotist affects senses leaving the listener in a deep trance. 9 minutes and yet it is an experience more intense than many full albums. It’s hard to say anything more, it’s hard to 'dismantle’ this music into its first components, because the pouring out noise and tons of deadly cold make it effectively impossible. This demo can be definitely compared to putrefactive processes which take place in every corporeal carcass after death. In the case of VRZTMÜR there is one rule – the longer you listen to it, the more it absorbs and enslaves. Possessed vocals, especially wailing like cemetery phantoms, destroy the peace of mind. The ugliness of this recording fascinates, it is macabre like the most vile murder, but it is this musical disfigurement, this deformation that attracts, leading towards the impenetrable darkness. You have to experience it yourself, look for this tape, but in the meantime treat your degenerate senses at least from Youtube.
